Hi everyone,
I'll be brief this time because I have very little time. There was two big updates this weekend, the first consists of adding a syntax highlighter in the popup used to preview a resource of type "source code". Pretty much all programming languages are considered.
The second update consists of adding a very interesting feature: the ability of project developers to upload downloadable versions of their projects on the site! Everything is pretty basic for now, you can add a maximum of five versions by projects, each version may not exceed 100 MB. These limits may be increased in the future if necessary.
You can control who can download your versions, for now you can choose between "visible to everyone" and "visible to members only" but later you will be able to establish a list of users that can download it, which could allow you to launch open beta releases for a limited audience of your choice to test your games. It will also be possible to link a version to one of your missions, for example : if you launch a mission to recruit testers for one of your games, participants will automatically have access to the downloadable version you want without having to add each participants one by one manually.
Well, that's about it for this weekend, there were also several small adjustments around the site but nothing too significant, then sleep in peace dear friends until the next week end!
